Working closely with small producers from Greece and guided by produce seasonality, Lines makes and bottles its own fruit wines on-premise.

Rather than adopting the standard white, red or rosé distinction, the wine list reflects the wine’s character, though categories classic and fancy. Classic is all about flavours revealing the fruit’s fermentation unaltered, while fancy employs
methodical interventions which enrich flavour and allude more to a cocktail.
